I am thirty something first time mom who is currently staying at home with our first little one instead of working as a speech language pathologist. Although, I do miss working (well, working with the kids anyways!). My husband is active duty Army — so far we’ve made it through two deployments and moving every year since we married for one reason or another. Relatively recently we moved from Hawaii to Georgia. Love being (somewhat) closer to family, miss that beautiful weather and friends. Though his job may dictate more of our life than I’d sometimes like so far he loves it and just happens to have more green socks to wash than most other men. We’ll see if he makes it a career or not.
This is our beauty. Our Eliza Madeline. I really had no idea what I was in for till she arrived on March 28th of this year. Everyday I learn a little bit more about what it is to be a mother. I think she’s amazing and the cutest baby out there, but then all mothers say that right?!? I’m attempting to join on the blogging bandwagon to document our life … wherever that it leads.
